OOHH Yeah! Finally found that Philly taste! When I walked into this little shop I found that authentic Philly cheesesteak! We just moved here from the Philly metro area and this IS the real deal. I love pizza steaks and Richie does it right! My hubby's only complaint is that he put fried onions in his... but I saw him demolish it anyway. In between gulps he says "yep, really good." The cheese fries were authentic too. Right in there with Philly's "Pat's, Gino's and (my husbands favorite) Steve's Prince of steaks." This is real Philly right here in Spring Hill Florida!! Thanks Richie...we'll definitely be back! Karol Mooney John Mooney and Big Tony OConnor ooh and as the other review said....I bet those rolls are authentic Amorosos.. (if not...I'm amazed that they are so damn close).

Delicious!!! I have had the cheeseburgers, the phillies, the boars head subs and the BLT (my fave) all are super yummy! This little place right off of Deltona is amazing. Small place to sit so it's best if you are good to go... Call ahead for your order as this place is so good everyone's always ordering from them... So there is a wait but everything is made fresh to order. Glass bottles of soda for that authentic feel hanks regular and jones sugar free soda and he even has Harry potter butterscotch beer (nonalcoholic) all in all I love this place and try to order from there every month delivery is available also.

Caught the sign out the corner of my eye as I was coming down Deltona, figured "hey, it's lunchtime and hubby likes cheese steaks" so I pulled in. What a find! $5 sandwiches, anyway you want them (works/without works or anything in between). Add $1 for fries which are also delicious btw. The man himself, Richie the owner, is great to talk with, which he will do, while scrambling around the grill making each order one at a time as they're requested. By far our favorite "goto" place now for those times when you want something well made and flavorful on the run. FYI, seriously tiny with a chair rail height counter and a few stools that maybe fit 5? Not really a sit down eatery. There's a bench just outside the door though if the place is full and you need to feed your craving before the drive home. Oh, almost forgot...they stock an assortment of Hank's soda!

I've heard through the grapevine that this is the best cheese steaks in town. Everything is cooked to order which is great and the price is great but you get what you pay for. I got the large cheese steak and two of the five dollar cheese steaks. I had to take them to go because there is no place to sit and eat. After my short five minute drive home I opened the sandwiches and all three were mush. There was so much grease it just soaked through the bread. The steak was Awesome, just sucked that the sandwich had so much grease on it.

Today was yet another day in search of a delicious cheesesteak and I found one right here!! There are SOOOOO many good things to say about this place! THEY DELIVER!!!!! They gave us a time and it showed up EXACTLY! That was nice!! The staff was super friendly and helpful since it was our first time ordering!!!! The beef to bread ratio was on point!!!! (I HATE when you get small inner portions so basically all you taste is meat flavored bread!! That is not the case at this place! It was LOADED!!!) It was an all around yummy experience!!! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that they use Styrofoam cups for the fries, unfortunately this makes the fries soggy and bleh before they get to their destination because the Styrofoam holds moisture in. Also...Styrofoam is SOOOOO bad for the environment and I like to see local joints be as conscious as possible about their carbon footprint and harmful waste in their community.... They should look into recycled paper to wrap the fries in, like the British do with their fish & chips!!! Other than that! This was FABULOUS and we will DEFINITELY be back and be recommending to others!!!

My Dad turned me on to this place. I'll tell you honestly. Best Philly Cheese steaks I've ever had. Richie the owner is at the grill banging away at the food. Place gets backed up so call ahead. The cheese steak was smoking hot. The blending of cheese meat mushrooms and peppers is perfect. Try this place out. Better than any in the area.

I'm visiting Florida and working for a few weeks. Pre lunch, I search yelp for quick eats daily. I found this place and it was 10miles north of me. I took the chance! Its small, its clean and the owner (Richie?) was super nice even though he was working on a massive order for someone. I ordered a 2 Small Cheesesteak's($5 each) with Onions and an order of fries ($1) I had to take them to go because I was on break from work. On the way home I cheated and started eating the fries. Dude, the fries are amazing! Why? I dont know.... But.... Amazing.... Anyways, I got home and opened the sandwich.. FOR $5 its like this? Outstanding!!!! Taste right on the spot for a world class cheesesteak and it was filling. Please Please Please Please check this little gem out. It's worth 10 stars!! I'll be back soon! Sucks I live in Arizona thought :(

Great cheesesteak (now $6) & fries! Meat was tender and juicy. Yummy melted cheese. The bread was soft but not too doughy. I like the assorted hanks drinks too. I'll definitely try the ranch fries next time. You can get a combo of a small cheesesteak, fries, & a can if soda or bottled water for $7.50.

Another "Cheap Eat" is the cheesesteak at Richie Cheesesteak on Deltona Blvd. They recently changed their cheesesteaks and burgers to be $5 EVERY day. The bread is SOOO good (I happen to know where they get it from so that explains a lot), and the meat, cheese, mushrooms, onions and oh, the peppers blend together perfectly. Also, you can add a cup of fries for $1. If you are looking for big taste with small cost you have to try these. Very good.

Spring Hill has been nothing but a disappointment for a foodie who just moved from up north...until today. Very busy so def call ahead but even with the wait Richie was pleasant to all his customers and the chicken cheesesteak and fries were delicious! Added bonus for the fact I saw every worker wash their hands and the place was clean. Def looking forward to my next meal from here.

Richie's is the real deal for the BEST cheese steaks and subs. Puts out the BEST cheese steak in the area. In. addition, subs made to order with Boar's Head meats put all the chains to shame and the meat is plentiful. A must have is a cup of fries for $1.00. Bet you will consume the cup prior to getting home or back to work. Beware, a small grill managed by the owner-Richie can only handle so many orders at once. Gets backed up at lunch and dinner. Call ahead to order but you still will wait but definitely worth it.

The best aside of the actual Pat's Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia yum! Richie himself is very nice and personable, he goes out of his way to make his customers happy. I will be back again without a doubt.

Richie ' s is def on my list of "Must Haves" when I return to the Tampa area again. In search of solid grub and I yelped and stumbled upon Richie's. Good burgers are hard to find in the area but a good cheese steak will do me just fine! Richie's is pushed back along side Cortez Blvd. It's at a wierd location next to an accounting office. I was greeted by a friendly cashier who was helpful when ordered. I ordered a philly and fries combo. Basic cheese, onions, lettuce tomato and ketchup. It was made when ordered and the wait was about 15 minutes. Out comes this piping hot order of a fresh philly hoagie and the best fries I've had in a long time. Hand cut potatoes, salted just right and HOT. My daughter devoured those. The steak was slice nice and thin, however, it was a great grade of meat. The cheese so gooey and bread was not the best, but soft. I like mine a little crispy. What's Interesting about Richie's is the plethora of toppings for your philly and fries! Like Gravy, mushrooms ETC. I'll be back like Arnold next trip!

This place has it goin' on!! They not only make the best cheesesteak around here, but they deliver too! All of their sandwiches are made to order and the burgers are great as well! As long as the doors are open here I'll be a loyal customer! Richie's Cheesesteak is great!!! AAA+++ (Now I have an order to place!)

Had the Philly cheese stake was very good. The right amount of cheese and lots of meat , the onions and bell peppers are nicely cooked but do not overpower the sandwich. I definitely recommend it

This is a great place to order Philly Cheese Steaks for either pick up, or delivery. They recently added Boars Head Subs to the Menu. I love the Italian sub. I decided to branch out, and try the Philly Cheese Steak, and the Richie Bomb. I have never had anything here that wasn't excellent. They are generous with the meat, bread was amazing. I now consider myself a regular, and try and stop in once a week. The only change I would make is to make would be to make it bigger. I would love it if they had some tables in there to dine in. They do have a small bar to eat at, Richie is very personable. Everyone should try this place.
